Our Henderson, NV, office is conveniently located on Horizon Ridge Parkway near Eastern Avenue, just a few minutes off Saint Rose Parkway at 2904 West Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite 100. Our office is the first suite on your right-hand side through the main entry doors. This office is brand new and we are still working to build relationships with local Insurance Payors. Mohs Surgery (On-Site Skin Cancer Removal)
Mohs surgery spares the most amount of normal tissue and has the highest cure rates for many non-melanoma and melanoma skin cancers. It’s the gold standard of care in non-melanoma skin cancers and is commonly used in the treatment of some melanomas.
Fungal Infections
Epiphany Dermatology treats fungal infections of the skin, as well as fungal infections in hair and nails. Often, these infections appear as itchy, scaley, rashes on the skin. We can typically diagnose fungal infections immediately by their characteristic appearance.

Mole Removal

Pre-Cancerous Lesions
A skin spot referred to as a “precancerous lesion” is usually a specific sun-induced growth called actinic keratosis. It’s one of the most common issues we see in dermatology, and it’s what prompts most patients to schedule their dermatologist visits.
Biopsies
A biopsy is the removal of a piece of skin to help render a diagnosis of skin cancers or inflammatory conditions. Dermatologists biopsy an area to confirm a diagnosis that cannot be rendered with the eyes alone. We need a microscope to be certain.
Excisions
Skin excision is a surgery where we cut out damaged skin tissue. It is a full-thickness removal — meaning we remove all layers of the tissue (epidermis, dermis, and into the subcutaneous fat layer). We then suture it back together with stitches for optimal healing.
Scar Revision
A scar is a permanent change in skin consistency. While a scar cannot be removed and is forever, we can improve its appearance with scar revision surgery. We can treat scars resulting from acne, surgery, or injury. The way we treat these depends on the appearance of the scar itself and what aspect makes it stand out: color, elevation, or texture.
