Dr. Scott Whitlock is a board-certified dermatologist with expertise in skin cancer detection and treatment, as well as a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including moles, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, cysts, hidradenitis suppurativa, and other disorders of the skin and hair. He welcomes patients of all ages including adults, teenagers, and children.
Before joining Epiphany Dermatology, Dr. Whitlock served as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he was the Director of the Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) Clinic. His formal education and training include:

- Eastern Virginia Medical School (Norfolk, VA) – Internal Medicine Internship
- Eastern Virginia Medical School (Norfolk, VA) – Dermatology Residency
Dr. Whitlock has contributed to a number of peer-reviewed research publications and was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society (AΩA) during medical school. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD).
In his spare time, Dr. Whitlock loves spending time with his wife and three children, and enjoys outdoor activities such as mountain biking, hiking, and wildlife photography.
