Dr. Douglas and her staff are professional and relatable. In our three appointments, we waited in our room for less than 10 minutes and were on the way out within 20 minutes, every time! Our 4 year old and 1 year old felt at ease in their office and loved the interactive dance floor in the waiting room. Dr. Douglas and her staff also interacted playfully with our daughters to make them feel more relaxed and comfortable. All our questions were answered clearly and patiently.
