Dr. Mark Holzberg is a board-certified dermatologist that has provided general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic procedures to patients in the Atlanta area for over 35 years. He has a special interest in diseases and surgery of the nails. His formal education and training includes:

- Emory University School of Medicine (Atlanta, GA) – Doctor of Medicine
- Emory University School of Medicine (Atlanta, GA) – Transitional Medicine Internship
- Emory University School of Medicine (Atlanta, GA) – Dermatology Residency
A fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) and an active member of the dermatology community, Dr. Holzberg has served as president and then medical director of the Georgia Dermatologic Network, an organization involved in ensuring access to dermatology for all patients. He is past president of both the Georgia Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (GSDDS) and the Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (AADDS). Dr. Holzberg is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Department of Dermatology at Emory University School of Medicine and founded and supervises the Nail Clinic at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
Dr. Holzberg has lectured and published articles and book chapters on many aspects of dermatology and diseases of the nail. He had the national honor of being named the Dermatology Foundation Practitioner of the Year in 2016 and is the founder of the Volunteer Dermatology Clinic for the Homeless at the Gateway Center Mercy Care Clinic in downtown Atlanta.
