Dr. Shanna Meads is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of skin cancer.
In addition to her expertise in Mohs micrographic surgery, reconstructive surgery, and laser procedures, Dr. Meads also has extensive experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She has been caring for patients in East Texas since 2005 and enjoys being involved in her community. Her formal education and training include:

She is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), and the Texas Medical Association (TMA). She has been recognized annually as a Texas Monthly Super Doctor since 2015.
Dr. Meads, her husband, and their five children are active in church, school, and community events and enthusiastically support their family’s extracurricular interests (soccer, basketball, cross country, track, musical performance, and the Boy Scouts of America). Dr. Meads’ hobbies include playing the piano, running, and traveling.
